All of our Desserts contain nuts. Our basic ingredients include almond flour, Organic Cage Free eggs, grassfed butter, cream cheese, organic cocoa powder, organic heavy cream, almond milk, baking soda, baking powder, salt and Erythritol and or Monk Fruit.
We try to use Organic and locally grown products as much as possible when they are in season and available to us.
Total Carbs - Fiber & Erythritol= Net Carbs
All of our Desserts will be 4g Net Carbs and Under, so they are great for Keto, Low Carb and Diabetic Friendly.
Although our Desserts do not contain added Gluten, they are baked in a facility where other gluten products are made so therefore cannot be certified Gluten Free.
